Each Virtual Supper Club event features a relevant guest speaker and a themed dinner. Participants will be invited to prepare a meal to eat together online during the presentation. Prizes will be awarded for the use of local food, recipe and photo submissions, best theme use, as well as a random drawing that includes all ticket holders.

Our very own founder Erica Berman will be presenting this month. Erica will share the history of Veggies to Table, its mission, achievements, goals and future plans. There will be ample time for questions and discussion.
Meal theme for May is "Heart of the Matter." Cook a favorite recipe, one that reminds you of someone you love. Perhaps it is a family recipe passed down over the years, one given to you by a dear friend, or a favorite cookbook recipe that reminds you of a special someone. Use this challenge to celebrate the way food and cooking creates connections with others. And as always, use as many local foods as you can! Prizes for May will include goat milk lotion, soap, and a dish towel from Copper Tail Farm, a French utility dish soap set from du Jardin, and a Crossroads Coffee gift card.
